Jim and Sylvia Miley have been married for more than 27 years.
They have been in ministry for over 25 years. They both have bachelor
degrees from Valley Forge Christian College and Jim has a master’s
degree from the Assemblies of God Graduate School as well as an earned
Doctorate in Theology. Jim and Sylvia also founded a church which they
pastored for eight years and completed a church building. After
pastoring, they felt called to travel where they established several
churches successfully. Jim and Sylvia started Faith Covenant Ministries,
an apostolic team which is a covering for churches and ministries. They
have formed strategic alliances with other apostolic teams. They have
planted new Teams as well as churches in Europe. Jim Miley is an
apostolic father to many pastors and other apostolic men. F.C.M has also
planted many local churches in the U.S. Jim ministers a now word
with depth, a prophetic edge and flows in the Spirit. They also have
been involved in mentoring and fathering effectively throughout the
world.

Jason Brittain is the Prayer Leader For FCM. He has
a desire to minister to pastors and bring Change to the Body of
Christ through prevailing prayer. He believes in praying the Word
and let the Word do it’s Work. Isaiah 55:11 states “So shall my word
be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me
void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall
prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.” KJV

Both Bob and Dee Evans graduated from Rhema Bible Training
Center. Bob also Pioneered Word of Truth Foursquare Church in Durham, NC
In 1989. Pastored there until moving to NJ in 1998 to pioneer Central
Jersey Christian Center of which he is currently pastoring. Both Bob and
Dee are glad to be a part of a growing network of churches and love
contributing to the church planting effort. |

David and Deana Gatlin are the European
Missions Team leaders and Serve with Great Distinction. Their Heart
is to serve pastors and help them to grow their churches and
ministries. They are powerful encouragers and flow under the
anointing of God.

| Gary and Kathy Hines are
FCM Missions International Team leaders for FCM. They oversee all the
Missions work for FCM. Their Hearts for Missions is infectious and
transferred to all who hear them. Their focus is to plant churches
nationally and internationally. |

Charles R. Leek Jr., known to everyone as
Bobby, is the founder of Kingdom Life Ministries, established in 2002.
In September of 2003 Bobby and his wife Lori planted the church portion
of their vision now known as "New Life Community Church" located in
Mount Holly, New Jersey.
Bobby had served in the United States Marine Corps and now works as
a Lieutenant for the State of New Jersey Department of Corrections. He
has worked for the Department of Corrections for the past 24 years. His
heart for those in bondage, both spiritually and physically, has compelled him to minister and pray for many
over the years.
Bobby and Lori have been married for 18 years
and have five wonderful children. Lori considers her many years of working in Children’s
Ministries as a preparation for her most important call – to be a mother
and raise their children to love and serve the Lord. Lori is also a
worshiper and has enjoyed being used by God to lead His people into His
presence.
Bobby and Lori met Jim and Sylvia Miley in early 2004. After
hearing from the Lord, they joined themselves to F.C.M. They are now
looking forward to the synergistic power of God’s people in unity and
planting churches and ministries throughout the world. |

Santhosh Thadigiri was born in India and moved
to the US in 1992. He always felt that God had a specific plan and
purpose for his life. He is currently Pastoring,
Faith Covenant Ministries
Church
of Ocean County. Santhosh’s wife Brenda has been a missionary to the Ukraine,
Holland, Haiti and Mexico. Santhosh and Brenda believe that they are
called to minister to the International Community through ‘developing
relationships’ and showing Jesus’ love practically. They believe that
through this they would be able to not only win the lost, but also train
and raise up leaders from different nationalities to minister to their
own nationals both here in the US and around the world. |

Pete and Barb Thompson are the Home Missions Team
and serve with Great enthusiasm. They develop’ plan and carry out Home
Missions projects for FCM.
They help not only Young people but all to have a
heart for the lost. They believe we all need to win people all over the
world but also need to reach our own Society. |
