Jim and Sylvia Miley have been married for more than 27 years.
They have been in ministry for over 25 years. They both have bachelor
degrees from Valley Forge Christian College and Jim has a master’s
degree from the Assemblies of God Graduate School as well as an earned
Doctorate in Theology. Jim and Sylvia also founded a church which they
pastored for eight years and completed a church building. After
pastoring, they felt called to travel where they established several
churches successfully. Jim and Sylvia started Faith Covenant Ministries,
an apostolic team which is a covering for churches and ministries. They
have formed strategic alliances with other apostolic teams. They have
planted new Teams as well as churches in Europe. Jim Miley is an
apostolic father to many pastors and other apostolic men. F.C.M has also
planted many local churches in the U.S. Jim ministers a now word
with depth, a prophetic edge and flows in the Spirit. They also have
been involved in mentoring and fathering effectively throughout the
world.

Jason & Marilyn Brittain are Senior Pastors of
Creative Ministries in Cheyenne, Wyoming. When they came the Church
was down to 8 people and just about ready to shut the doors. That
was in 1985 and the doors have never shut. Jason is a Pastor not
only to his Church but also to the city of Cheyenne. He usually
operates in a teaching gift and is always encouraging. Jason's
greatest strength is that he is a fellowship person who loves
people. While he is encouraging people he is training them. Out of
this strength churches have been started.

Pastors Len and Angela Cianfrani encourage and enable leadership
to move out in their mission. Their church, Gift of Love Christian
Center was founded in 1987 and is now flourishing in the Arts for
the rebuilding of the Tabernacle of David. They desire to restore
unity to the body of Christ and are real examples of being covenant
people.

| David & Isabel Dawson have been in ministry for over 20 years.
They have been pastoring Abundant Life Christian Fellowship in
Groveville, New Jersey for the last 12 years. Their heart is to see
believers live a life that is pleasing to God through faith, integrity,
and covenant. Their teaching ministry reaches all over the world through
a weekly Spanish language broadcast over short-wave radio and have a
vision to help pastors to fulfill their call. They have 3 children, 2 of
which work with them in ministry. The third is a teacher in Oklahoma.
They have been married for 30 years and have co-labored in ministry for
the last 20 years. Their call is to strengthen and to plant churches and
to impact communities by having a strong witness. |

| John Franco ministers from over 30 years of experience. He walks
in divine health and encourages others to do so. Besides his 'signs
following healing ministry' John mentors sons to a place of maturity his
desire is to help as many ministers as possible. |

| David and Deana Gatlin serve as the European Missions Team Leaders
for FCM. The Gatlin’s have traveled extensively throughout the world
for over 25 years in over 99 nations of the world. Their ministry has
included pastoring, teaching, establishing 35 local churches, and over
500 house churches, 5 Bible Colleges, several orphanages, food and
benevolence ministries, TV ministry, Radio ministry, and much more. Dr.
Gatlin has attended several colleges and graduate schools and completed
several graduate and post graduate degrees in Missiology, Theology, and
Psychology. David served as a missionary to the Muslim world for 4
years, and in Central America for 4 years. |

Gary and Kathy Hines are
FCM Missions International Team leaders for FCM. They oversee all the
Missions work for FCM. Their Hearts for Missions is infectious and
transferred to all who hear them. Their focus is to plant churches
nationally and internationally. They also focus on covenant
relationships with pastors and spouses to nurture and encourage
relationships that enable them to fulfill their calling and enhance
their giftings. They are committed to assist pastors in building
relationships and networks with other pastors and leaders as well as
government and business leaders in their community. CVMI can provide
resources to stir up congregations to “buy into” their pastors vision
and calling. Church planting nationally and internationally is at the
heart of CVMI.

Pastors gie and Faye Hernandez have been involved in ministry
since 1974. They are presently Senior Pastors of Greater Bakersfield
Ministries, located in Bekersfield, California. They have a heart
for the people and minister to them with love and boldness. The Lord
gave them the vision "I see thousands being saved, I see thousands
being healed, I see thousands being delivered, through this
ministry!" They also serve as President of FCM of California.

Jon and Helen Jenkins met at Bible College and have been married 32
years. Their greatest testimony is that their three sons are now Bible
College graduates and are also in fulltime ministry. The Jenkins were
pastors for 25 years and resigned from their church in Tampa, FL in 1996
to pursue God's calling to the church at large. Jon's pastoral heart
with his prophetic anointing have been instrumental in bringing great
encouragement to leaders and renewed vision for churches throughout the
country. Jon is true prophet that has an understanding of the local
church that builds up the church. For three years they have been a part
of the Faith Covenant team, building relationships that strengthen
churches and bring effectiveness for the Kingdom of God. |

Dr. Johnson preaches and teaches the Gospel in its relevancy to
today’s lifestyles. With God-given insight, wisdom and discernment, his
messages often take on a prophetic edge. Many believe that the humor
with which he often approaches an issue is to the benefit of his
listeners. In that, once a cutting word comes, the spirit man has been
softened up for its entrance. Dr. Johnson has deposited numerous
messages into the body of Christ which includes Special Message on
Cancer, Special Message on Cocaine, Levels of Faith and Growth, Presence
Leading; and Leadership: Checklist for Excellence in Ministry. Dr.
Johnson is by education and training a consummate educator and student.

George and Gail Kamakahi are apostles to the Pacific Islands and
the World. They have pioneered churches under the umbrella of Thy Word
Ministries, Inc. on the Big Island (both Hilo and Kona side), and
Honolulu,with associated churches in Kauai and Oahu. They have
ministered in America Samoa, Samoa, Fiji, New Zealand, Saipan, Vanuatu,
Tahiti, Philippines, and the Kingdom of Tonga. The International Office
and Church is located in Las Vegas Nevada.
George and Gail are leaders to leaders, Fathers to Pastors,They
hold within themselves a legacy of wisdom, and knowledge, imparting to
those they mentor and train. They are leaders who believe that God has a
purpose for everyone. Their heart’s desire is to preach and teach the
uncompromised Word of God to every believer, and to equip the saints

Wayne
Lindsey called of God in 1976 and given a prophetic mandate from God
was told “to launch forth and go across the earth, speaking the
words of life and the words of faith unto God’s people, ”he has
sought wholeheartly to obey God’s voice and call to the world for
the past 31 years of his life and ministry.
Wayne has traveled, pioneered, planted and pastored churches
in the U.S. and abroad in the Caribbean countries as God has
directed specifically from 1976 , until the present. In 1993 God
gave instruction to start “The Father’s House of Prayer”, in
the Cayman Islands on Grand Cayman, the largest of the sister
islands of the Cayman Islands. Wayne has pastored and traveled to
many Caribbean countries from Grand Cayman including Cuba numerous
times to preach the ‘Gospel of Peace”.
Wayne resides on Grand Cayman with his wife Jewel, and seeks
to fulfill the “Great Commission”, which God has given to every
minister of the gospel.

The Lufffman's pastor a dynamic powerful church which they
started in the 1980s in Clarksville, Tennessee and has grown to be
over 1000 in attendance on Sunday morning, they are always positive
in their approach. William and Ginger also have a desire to mentor

teamed up to F. C. M. for that purpose.

Joe and Judy McCutchen come from a rich heritage of
Full-Gospel Ministry and he ministers from over 30 years of
experience. Judy is the Director of Women's Ministries for SafeHouse
Outreach in Atlanta Georgia. Together they founded Crossover
International in 1990 to reach out to the dis-enfranchised and
empower the local church to reach their community. Joe travels
conducting evangelistic crusades. His meetings are lively, humorous,
and spiritually impacting. Joe McCutchen is a true gatherer,
bringing the body of Christ together and he is a major support to
many ministers.

In 1991 after serving on the front lines of a "mission focused"
ministry for 13 years, Steve and Linda Mears were called by God to begin
Living Water Christian Center located in Mystic Island, New Jersey. "Our
vision is to be a church passionate in worship, equipping and empowering
the believers to be a people who will lead our community into the
knowledge of the power and presence of Jesus Christ." The Mears have a
vision to unite believers and pastors in the area. Every where they go
they influence ministers to cross denominationally to work together.

| Al and Carol Pandola have pioneered an exciting work in Forked
River, New Jersey. Recently they have completed a new building that
seats 400 people. Their ministry not only reaches out to their community
but also to the world. They have a desire for revival and have a vision
to reach out to other ministers and to plant new works throghout the
land. There will be a revival in the land. |

| Bill and Marilou Stewart are founders and pastors of Living
Waters Ministries in Pennsylvania. They operate as overseers of various
ministries such as Living Waters Ministries in Philadelphia. Also they
develop leadership and ministers through Vanguard Christian Leadership
Training Center. Bill and Marilou have a heart to strengthen and
encourage other ministers to fulfill their vision through training,
equipping and one-on-one ministry. They have a great desire to start
other churches and have done successfully. They set a standard for
excellence and require accountability. Not only do they minister to
five-fold ministers, but also have a vision for child evangelism. Their
outreach "Kids Promise Club" changes not only the children's lives but
also the lives of the parents. |

| Pete & Barb Thompson have been married and worked together in the
ministry for over 30 years. They have trained under and served with Jim
& Sylvia Miley since 1987. They have pastored Living Water Church, in
Hackettstown, NJ, since 1990. Pete flows in the prophetic, which
encourages and strengthens the local church. He is also a mentor and a
church planting leader who is ready to equip and help local churches
fulfill their vision. Pete & Barb have two grown children. Their son
Josh attends FCMI and serves at LWC. Their daughter Carie is a Bible
College graduate and an affiliate FCM Team member. |
