Gary and Kathy Hines are FCM Missions International Team leaders for FCM. They oversee all the Missions work for FCM. Their Hearts for Missions is infectious and transferred to all who hear them. Their focus is to plant churches nationally and internationally.  They also focus on covenant relationships with pastors and spouses to nurture and encourage relationships that enable them to fulfill their calling and enhance their giftings.

They are committed to assist pastors in building relationships and networks with other pastors and leaders as well as government and business leaders in their community. CVMI can provide resources to stir up congregations to “buy into” their pastors vision and calling. Church planting nationally and internationally is at the heart of CVMI.
