Gary & Kathy Hines serve as Senior Pastors of North Huron Christian Center in Thornton, Colorado, a suburb of Denver. Gary & Kathy Hines are Colorado State Representatives of FCM.  They have been in fulltime ministry since 1976 after 5 years in public education and coaching. Prior to returning to Colorado, Gary’s home state, they ministered in Florida and Ohio. They have a passion to help other pastors and ministers to fulfill their call.

    They have a heart and passion not only for their own congregation, but also for the unity of the entire city church. It is in their hearts to see the Kingdom of God established in the Denver area and to see transformation take place by the power of Jesus Christ, to be Christ’s expression of love, compassion and good will to the entire Rocky Mountain Region.

Gary and Kathy Hines are also the founders of City View Ministries International. Founded by Gary and Kathy Hines in 2003, City View Ministries International is committed to come alongside of pastors & leaders to encourage, edify and equip them to fulfill their calling. Gary and Kathy can assist pastors in building relationships and networks with other pastors and leaders as well as government and business leaders in their community. CVMI can provide resources to stir up congregations to “buy into” their pastors vision and calling. Church planting nationally and internationally is at the heart of CVMI.

    David and Lynn Molyneux  founded  God’s Way Fellowship, in Broomfield Co. in 1999. After having Pastored in Boulder since 1992, God led them to start the fellowship in Broomfield. Both coming from a background of servant leadership, training through Institute of Basic Life Principles, and Vineyard Christian Churches.

    David was head of men’s ministry at the Boulder Valley Vineyard, when Promise Keepers was founded, and birthed in that church, and went on to work along side Promise Keepers in multiple capacities, for four years. 

    Through developing relationships, and mentoring men and women, David and Lynn believe that mentoring, training, and equipping others to do the same, as directed in Timothy, and in Titus 2, they may effectively equip those that God calls to the fellowship to live their lives full of servant love to others through, and to the glory of Jesus Christ.

    Pastor Phillip J. Raynis began his ministry at Kings Highway with his wife Marge in 1982.  They worked in the Youth Ministry and God blessed many youth and the ministry.  There are those youth who have grown up that are still here with us  and also hold positions of leadership today On September 16, 1990 Pastor Phil was raised to  Pastor of Kings Highway Faith Fellowship.  Today Pastor Phillip J. Raynis is the Senior Pastor.  The Vision was passed on to him through Pastor Ben and the Holy Spirit.  It is his desire to fulfill the Vision and call of Kings Highway Faith Fellowship and reach this area for Christ with the Gospel.

    Pastors George & Barbara Sanders answered the call to ministry in 1995 and attended Rhema Bible School in 1997. They planted Light of the World Community Church in Mays Landing, New Jersey in 1998.They have 3 grown children and 5 grandchildren. They are dedicated to teaching Biblical principles and have a passion to see people grow in God’s love. They have a heart to strengthen and encourage pastors and leaders in the local church. George and Barbara often work together as a team ministering as the Spirit leads in teaching, preaching and prophetic worship. They have been affiliated with Faith Covenant Ministries since 1999. George is a gifted teacher and has been teaching for Faith Covenant Ministries Bible Institute for over 4 years.

Carie is the daughter of Rev Peter & Barbara Thompson, Senior Pastors of Living Water Church in Budd Lake, NJ., where she is the director of Worship Arts. Carie has done arts related missions work in Brazil, England, Ireland and Venezuela.    

Carie is a traveling minister and teacher of mime and dance. She has a vision to work with local churches across the country and the world to help establish and enhance arts programs in their communities. Into His Hands Ministry is a powerful and emotional journey into the Bible.

Anthony and Eva have been married for more than 30 years and have been in ministry for over 25 years.  They founded Spirit of Life Ministries, from which Faith With Love Fellowship was established where they served as associate pastors.  Their ministry travels have taken them to such places as Israel, Sweden, Bahamas, and Germany besides various states in the U.S.  God has used Anthony and Eva to encourage and strengthen the body of Christ to believe His Word and received the blessings that God has for His people.  They have a passion for revival in our time and to see the body of Christ walk in the fullness of God’s purpose and destiny.

    Pastor Glenn was ordained in September 1984 at Word of Faith Family Church in Dallas, Texas. He has completed his Bachelor of Theology Degree at Faith Theological Seminary in Tampa, Florida and earned a Certificate of Completion for the Principal's Seminar of the Association of Christian Schools International. Glenn married Dawn Michele in 1984 and has three children Ashley Michele, Mikel and Lantz. Glenn has a heart for his community; therefore he has served in various community organizations such as: Palm Harbor Chamber of Commerce, serving as Executive Board Member Vice-President and President-elect for the 2001-2002 term. Glenn has a desire to raise up leadership, minister to pastors and to plant churches. His church is an example of a place where Christians can grow, minister and fulfill their calling. Glenn and Dawn are the state representatives for FCM in Florida. 

    Philip Bray, a fourth generation minister with a family heritage of over 60 years of helping the poor and disadvantaged, has established himself as one of the nation's foremost authorities on urban ministry. As a young man who had been saved from the destructive forces of life on the street, Philip founded SafeHouse Outreach in 1982. The initial focus of the ministry was providing a "safe haven" for prostitutes on the streets of Atlanta. Twenty years later, SafeHouse, located in the heart of downtown Atlanta, has exploded into a national-level, full-service urban ministry dedicated to seeing lives changed by offering a hand-up not just a hand-out. The goal with each person is to help them see their needs clearly, deal with the root issues and to come alongside them with an action plan for overcoming life. Philip has a heart to establish safe houses allover the world.

    Joe and Judy McCutchen come from a rich heritage of Full-Gospel Ministry and he ministers from over 30 years of experience. Judy is the Director of Women's Ministries for SafeHouse Outreach in Atlanta Georgia. Together they founded Crossover International in 1990 to reach out to the dis-enfranchised and empower the local church to reach their community. Joe travels conducting evangelistic crusades. His meetings are lively, humorous, and spiritually impacting. Joe McCutchen is a true gatherer, bringing the body of Christ together and he is a major support to many ministers.

 Rev, Glenn and his wife Rita have a vision for those that are hurting and addicted. Rev. Glenn Miller is the Senior Pastor and Director of Recovery for Solid Rock Christian Ministries in Saint Petersburg, Florida. Rev. Miller was ordained as Pastor of Solid Rock Christian Church in 1993. He is a Certified Pastoral Addictions Counselor as well as a Certified Domestic Violence Counselor. He is the Founding Director of Solid Rock Christian Recovery Center, which is at this time, a Residential Program made up of thirty individual homes with 160 beds for men and women who have a desire to recover from  addiction using the Word of God as the Text.  Rev. Miller is the President of the Christian Recovery Network which is an organization developing a strategy to link Christian Recovery Programs to work together throughout the Nation.

Bob and Ann Mulligan have been married for 27 years with 25 of those in ministry, during which they were Senior Pastors of two churches. Bob is a Teacher with the heart of an evangelist, who operates in the word of knowledge and the gifts of healing. He is also an anointed worship leader and soloist. Ann is a woman of prayer and the quiet strength of their ministry. She is gifted in children's ministries from toddlers to teenagers. In addition to traveling, ministering at conferences, church meetings and special events, Bob and Ann have been instrumental in assisting with the birth of other ministries and new churches.

    The Grogan’s who live in Richmond, VA have been married 20 years and have a daughter in college. Bill was miraculously delivered from drugs and alcohol after a prayer of salvation and  immediately began personal evangelism.  Fran was driving to work when she heard a preacher on the radio which resulted shortly in leaving her career to attend Bible school. 

    Meeting in Bible College in 1983, they graduated and then served in a local church in both helps ministry and church administration.  In 2001, they founded Witness 2 an international ministry spanning the USA, Africa, Europe, Central America and India (11 nations).  Conducting Revival & Healing Meetings, Leadership Seminars, street / open air evangelism and Prison ministry  meetings are filled  with salvations, deliverance, healings and Holy Spirit baptism.   Winning the lost and making disciples  is the passion of the Grogans.

    Bill’s prison and personal evangelism is powerful and effective. Fran is a dynamic preacher whose meetings are characterized by prophetic insights and a strong healing anointing with testimonies from Alzheimer’s, MS,  stroke, cancer, diabetes, etc.   Bill & Fran travel by invitation to reveal the goodness of God, the love of Christ and the power of the Holy Spirit.
